1, Pre-production Inspection (PPI)

The inspector will randomly inspect the raw material, rough products, composition parts, as well as PP samples, according to consignor’s requirement. This will guarantee the bulk goods would be exactly consistent with Confirmed samples/Sign-off samples/Counter samples.

2, Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI)

Generally, it requires 100% production and 80% packing to perform Pre-shipment Inspection. Inspector will inspect more than below facets:

3, Medium-term Inspection (MTI)

When 20%~80% products are finished, the inspector will inspect the semi-finished goods, the finished goods, as well as the packed goods, report the defects and make the improvement steps together with supplier;

4, Loading Supervision (LS)

After the Final Random Inspection(PSI) get passed, surveyor will organize and survey the loading work, recording the loading data.

Inspect the condition of Container

Checking the leak-proofness of container;

5, Sample Picking

Those selected product samples will be forwarding to a client, or to TOP laboratory or other laboratories appointed by the client for testing.
